Reporting To              : Vice President - Marketing.

 

Job Description : The job responsibilities will include the following but will not be limited to the same.

 

  • Implementation and monitoring of marketing policy.

  • Ensure maximization of Brand Visibility.

  • Extend quality and timely support to sales team and channel partners.

  • Create sales opportunity thru brand pull by planning/ organizing all-round marketing activities in a cost effective manner.

  • Coordination with all Creative/ PR Agencies to derive optimal creative outputs.

  • Ensure timely fulfillment of promotional activity and material needs of area, zone, region by regular interface with sales team & channel partners.

  • Carrying out timely execution of BTL activities, monitoring, cost rationalization and audit.

  • Providing innovative inputs and ideas for all promotional activities.

  • Ensure timely merchandise/ promotional material order placement/ procurement/ quality checks/ timely payment of vendors thru concerned personnel follow-up.

  • E-marketing.

  • Ensure timely customer service and pending issue redressal.

  • Discipline & ethical business practices to uphold company’s image, brand and corporate identity.

Qualification : Preferably B.Sc./ B.B.A./ B.Com. with P.G.D.B.M. or M.B.A. in Marketing.

 

Experience : Around 6 to 8 years experience in handling Brand and other marketing related activities in a mid size or big company. Should have handled creative agency coordination and media in particular. Should have handled atleast 1 to 2 team members. Experience in handling BTL activities would be an added advantage but is not mandatory.

 

Personal Traits : The Incumbent should have pleasing personality. He should be a goal-oriented team leader with high degree of business acumen and commercial judgement. He should possess good analytical, communication and interpersonal skills. Should also have good working knowledge of computer systems, especially Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

 

Compensation Offered : Salary package would commensurate with the qualification and experience of the Candidate and will not be a limiting factor.
