Job Description : The job responsibilities will include the following but will not be limited to the same.

• Ensure retail presence pan India.

• Identify and validate right prospects for Retail Outlets with the support of channel sales team.

• Workout viability plan.

• Coordination with interior designers and fabricators for timely execution of the Retail Projects.

• Ensure visual merchandise and high degree of retail ambience to facilitate greater footfalls so as to increase sales volume and brand image.

• Promoters training, demo, upkeep audit.

• Organise retail promo events.

• Ensure higher standards of service and logistics for retail and end customers.

• Ensure discipline & ethical business practice to uphold company’s image, brand and corporate identity.

Qualification : Graduation in any stream with P.G.D.B.M. or M.B.A. in Marketing.

Experience : Around 6 to 8 years experience in handling key accounts, preferably retail, in fast moving consumer goods, consumer durables, consumer electronics or home furnishing industry. Should have aesthetic sense and awareness of Modern Business Concepts. Should have handled projects pertaining to Retail Outlets, products display and visual merchandise.
 
Personal Traits : The Incumbent should have pleasing personality. He should be a goal-oriented team leader with high degree of business acumen and commercial judgement. He should possess good analytical, communication and interpersonal skills. Should also have good working knowledge of computer systems, especially Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

Compensation Offered : Salary package would commensurate with the qualification and experience of the Candidate and will not be a limiting factor.
