We have well-equipped office at Paschim Vihar in New Delhi, managed by well-qualified, dynamic, self-motivated, result oriented professionals. We have the multidisciplinary experience and capability to recruit a wide range of positions from Senior Management to Office Support Staff to Information Technology (IT) Professionals to Engineering Professionals from our own very strong computerised Databank of about 2.5 lacks assorted Resumes. In addition to our own Databank, we have access to the Resume Banks of various Job Portals. From time to time, our team of HR Executives, along with Faculty Members from different streams, also organise seminars, conferences, workshops, etc. to groom the right Candidates for the demanding jobs and positions.

The Candidates we short-list for our Clients have to go through a stringent preliminary selection process. The prospective Candidates for a particular vacancy are first short-listed on the basis of their CURRICULUM VITAE and, in case situation permits, are then called personally for an Appraisal Interview by our experienced team of Human Resource Consultants. At the time of Appraisal Interview, the Job Aspirants are asked to fill up certain forms depending upon the nature of vacancy to be filled in, which includes an APPLICATION FORM FOR JOB ASPIRANT, a kind of Self Evaluation Form. The Job Aspirants are also required to answer certain questions contained in the GENERAL INTERVIEW QUESTIONNAIRE, which is a sort of Self Projection Form, drafted by our Human Resource Consultants. In case our Clients so desire, the Interview Questionnaire can be custom designed with their consultation keeping in mind the type of vacancies to be placed.

In short, the Candidates short-listed by our team are tested, assessed and pre-screened (reference checked#) prior to referring them to the Clients for consideration for a particular vacancy.

The Candidates are also briefed about the Organisation and its activities, situations vacant in the Organisation, job profile, etc.

This makes the hiring process less time consuming and much easier for our Clients.
