Job Profile : The job responsibilities would include the following but will not be limited to the same.

  • Preparation of Project Reports.

  • Designing the Capital Structure ensuring ideal mix of Debt and Equity.

  • Ascertaining working capital requirements and finalizing the mix thereof, keeping RBI guidelines in mind.

  • Compiling/ processing documentation and filing applications with the Banks and other Financial Institutions for various requirements like loan disbursements, etc.

  • Selection of the agencies such as Registrar to the Issue, Printers to the Issue, Advertising Agencies for the Issue, Bankers to the Issue, etc.

  • Monitoring with Registrars to the Issue for day-to-day collection figures, co-ordination with Bankers for processing of applications leading to finalization of allotment.

  • Co-ordination with various Public Issue related agencies.

  • Monitoring and supervision of dispatch of Certificates, Refund Orders, making final listing application with Stock Exchanges, filing final return of allotment to Registrar of Companies (ROC).

  • All other finance related work and MIS work.

Educational Qualification & Experience : Candidate should be a Chartered Accountant with around 8 to 10 years of experience in handling Project Finance, Project Funding and Public Issues preferably in a company in service sector. He should also have analytical mind and good interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.

Compensation Offered : Salary will commensurate with qualification and experience of the Candidate and would be about Rs. 8.00 lacs to Rs. 10.00 lacs per annum (CTC). Higher salary may be offered to the deserving Candidate.
