note that we charge a success-based fee for our services from our Clients
(Job Providers). The fee structure and the Terms of Service depend upon
the type and level of placements. The amount we charge as compensation
for our services varies from 8.33% to 12.5% of the gross annual package
offered to the selected candidate (i.e. about one month to one and a
half months gross salary). Gross salary would include Basic Salary,
House Rent Allowance, Conveyance/Travelling Allowance, City Allowance,
Medical, LTA/LTC, Provident Fund, Super Annuation, Variable Compensation/Incentives,
etc., whichever applicable. Any statutory dues, as and when applicable,
are charged extra at actuals.
